He is open to feedback. He goes over the work with me at the end of every paint job. He?ll touch up anything that needs to be touched up. They also clean up after themselves. Those are some great things about them. There is one negative. He did not give me a written estimate for the work. He wrote it up before he started the work. There were some things that I requested and I don't think he heard them. He didn't write them down and they didn't happen. I would recommend to people that they make sure he writes down anything specific that they want. We wanted a different type of paint. I realized that he wasn't using the kind of paint that we wanted. When I let him know that he wasn't using the paint we wanted, he was happy to use what we wanted. He just had not heard what I had asked for."
