"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

Hello my name is Seth Savage and I owned a small business that I started to just give me and my family a little bit of financial freedom. At the same time I do what I do because I love it.\n\nI do not price gouge, when you get a price from m is the very bottom dollar and a great product in return for you as the customer to not be overwhelmed and for me and my family to make a little money.\n\nI am very passionate about my welding and wood working. I also build fences from barbed wire to chain link to wood privacy fences to pipe fence. I do add ons, remodels, bathroom renovations, and much more. Also your basic electric.

"Fantastic - work was done remotely in about an hour, and my computer is better than new!"

"Jason called me back the same afternoon I purchased the package, and sent an email to confirm the day and time he would call. Jason called on time, and spent almost 3 hours clearing the computer of viruses that was causing continuous pop-ups. He was most friendly, and did a terrific job! One price, no hourly pricing, and a great job!

"It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! I was thrilled. I don't recall that I have used them since Geekatoo and Hello Tech became one. but I will be using them soon. I have a desktop computer that needs review."

"I had spent several frustrated days trying to fix two computer problems, and finally gave up and called Geek Choice. Matt arrived at my doorstep about 2 hours later (not making this up), and had both problems solved in about an hour (not making that up either). Both problems resisted his early solutions, but he was cheerfully determined to make things right, and was effectively inventive in doing so. (How to make my printer work with Windows 10? Install the Windows 7 Driver instead...)
In addition to his technical competence, Matt gets high points for his professionalism, and his communication. He never made me feel foolish, and was always genial.

"Everything was perfect. I left a voicemail and he called me back within minutes. We discussed my problems and he understood my computer gibberish. He came to my house to pick up the laptop. He notified me that night about the cost of the replacement parts and length of shipping. He then contacted me when my computer was fixed. He delivered it to my house.
