"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."

"It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! I was thrilled. I don't recall that I have used them since Geekatoo and Hello Tech became one. but I will be using them soon. I have a desktop computer that needs review."

"Once again Steve came to the rescue! We moved into our house with a MESS of wires for our audio thruout the house. Then we moved stuff around and everything went dead! Steve came in and reconnected EVERYTHING, got rid of all the unnecessary wires AND made the wires longer, as the previous owners left NO extra length to anything. He also straightened the TV on our dining room wall. It was a little crooked and Steve, being the perfectionist, HAD to fix it lol. His work is flawless. He left NOTHING for me to clean up!
