"Great! Jason Luft at Techease Consulting has been my personal home computer tech guy for over 7 years. I cannot remember when nor how my reliance on Jason of Techease Consulting began. It may very have been ten years ago and this is 2020 or longer. I was in a different Brooklyn neighborhood when it began. Jason has done all my service needs for computers; advised me on the purchase of a new computer as well as an accompanying printer; laptop, external hard drive even installed all that I mentioned above. "Hired Kamcrest to help install a home network and set up audio/visual systems. Consulted with Amit (owner) who came over personally to go over the project and make recommendations. Amit and his team installed network complete with Cat wiring, switches and an Eero mesh system. Our wifi and home network are working flawlessly with great signal coverage in our 2000sq ft apartment. His team also hung our two OLED TVâ s with Apple 4k, and concealed all the speaker wiring. I was skeptical of his recommendation for the Apple 4k, but the picture quality and the way it integrates with all of our other Apple devices is truly great. However, the reason why iâ m writing this review is to discuss the customer service experience. About 2 weeks after the installation, some of the wiring for the speakers became unsecured and damaged the paint on the wall. Amit and his crew came over, resecured the wiring, repaired and repainted everything to perfection. Great customer service is hard to find these days - but these guys went above and beyond. Iâ m so happy i had Kamcrest help with our networking and AV setup. They are knowledgable and professional and i recommend them highly. Victor M."

"I hired media monkeys to install my security system at my house with 5 cameras covering my front and back yard & it came out awsome. I love the quality of the cameras and the easy to use system and recording. They set it up to record on motion only and to overwrite the videos after two weeks if I donâ t decide to save them permanently so I never need to worry about memory space or anything. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and did the job quick and professionally. Also one thing that stuck with me is how Stephen, brought a vacuum and cleaned up after himself. Leaving me no clean up work. I Highly recommend Mediamonkeys!!!"
