He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. "Professional, courteous, flexible. I was a bit high maintenance, and they accommodated my wishes, great job. They found and repaired faulty cables, the whole thing. Don't get on the roof or do it yourself. Take the long view, get these pros to do the work. If you cut the cord paying for tv, this pays for itself in short order and you'll get tailored reception and more channels. I fired Spectrum, and now I get 59 OTA channels. You won't regret using Velocity."

"David was prompt and very thorough in helping resolve an issue with my TV. It wasn’t connecting to our Wi-Fi, and after troubleshooting he determined that the TV is older and was starting to lose its ability to maintain a stable wireless connection. He solved the issue by connecting it via Ethernet and also went the extra mile by updating and rebooting the system. In the end, we decided to purchase a Roku so we could download apps and stream certain channels, especially sports.
