"Very well. Complete Computer Service conducted a complete diagnostic of my computer and removed all viruses and anything else which affected the proper operation of the computer. As a result, my computer is much faster and operates very well."

"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.

"Max performed my implementation. My home theater and audio system had 20 years of various upgrades/generations of technology. Max incorporated a new audio/receiver and took steps to streamline all the various inputs into a very simplified universal remote system. The sound and video performance are the best I have experienced with the system and is very simple to operate. Max has a wealth of technical skills but also great communication skills in educating me to operate the system."

"I knew that it would be over the phone, but I thought it would  be more. He had me go to a website and he remotely got in my computer.  I don't understand the things he did.  But he did cause things to go wrong on the computer.  I called him and he agreed to work on it again to fix them. He spent a good deal of time working on correcting them. Some were fixed, some were not.  My computer did not run any faster nor perform any better after he worked on it.  But he was very pleasant and professional to speak with.  As nice as he was, based on my experience, it was not worth the price.
