"Mike ranks at the top of my list as to have someone like Mike that helped me with my computer problems. Mike is very knowledgeable, experienced, capable, friendly and easy to work with. He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. I just spent part of the evening with Mike and he was able to solve the problems that I had. I cannot thank you enough, Angie, for having Mike on your list. Where I live in central Minnesota, it has become nearly impossible for me to find someone who has the knowledge, experience and ability to help me with any computer problem that I may have now or later. I give Mike 5 stars + for what he did to help me, I enjoyed his pleasant personality and I plan to have him help me again in the near future. :) :)"

"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.

"I knew that it would be over the phone, but I thought it would  be more. He had me go to a website and he remotely got in my computer.  I don't understand the things he did.  But he did cause things to go wrong on the computer.  I called him and he agreed to work on it again to fix them. He spent a good deal of time working on correcting them. Some were fixed, some were not.  My computer did not run any faster nor perform any better after he worked on it.  But he was very pleasant and professional to speak with.  As nice as he was, based on my experience, it was not worth the price.

"It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! I was thrilled. I don't recall that I have used them since Geekatoo and Hello Tech became one. but I will be using them soon. I have a desktop computer that needs review."

"I had spent several frustrated days trying to fix two computer problems, and finally gave up and called Geek Choice. Matt arrived at my doorstep about 2 hours later (not making this up), and had both problems solved in about an hour (not making that up either). Both problems resisted his early solutions, but he was cheerfully determined to make things right, and was effectively inventive in doing so. (How to make my printer work with Windows 10? Install the Windows 7 Driver instead...)
In addition to his technical competence, Matt gets high points for his professionalism, and his communication. He never made me feel foolish, and was always genial.

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."
