I was in the process of purchasing a new computer when my old computer started having issues and the operating system would not load. Joe quickly responded to my Angie's post. I ordered an new computer which arrived the day Joe was to pick up old computer so he was able to take both towers to retrieve information from my old tower so he could transfer all of my information to my new computer. Additionally I had an old tower running Windows 7 which he transferred all of that information to my workbook so I now have access to that information on my new computer. Joe spent a lot of time also setting up my printer and made it so easy for me to scan files to send in email. I really appreciate the fact that he wanted to make things simple for me. Joe also wiped my hard drives clean and disposed of my old towers."

"Hired Kamcrest to help install a home network and set up audio/visual systems. Consulted with Amit (owner) who came over personally to go over the project and make recommendations. Amit and his team installed network complete with Cat wiring, switches and an Eero mesh system. Our wifi and home network are working flawlessly with great signal coverage in our 2000sq ft apartment. His team also hung our two OLED TVâ s with Apple 4k, and concealed all the speaker wiring. I was skeptical of his recommendation for the Apple 4k, but the picture quality and the way it integrates with all of our other Apple devices is truly great. However, the reason why iâ m writing this review is to discuss the customer service experience. About 2 weeks after the installation, some of the wiring for the speakers became unsecured and damaged the paint on the wall. Amit and his crew came over, resecured the wiring, repaired and repainted everything to perfection. Great customer service is hard to find these days - but these guys went above and beyond. Iâ m so happy i had Kamcrest help with our networking and AV setup. They are knowledgable and professional and i recommend them highly. Victor M."
