He had me go to a website and he remotely got in my computer.  I don't understand the things he did.  But he did cause things to go wrong on the computer.  I called him and he agreed to work on it again to fix them. He spent a good deal of time working on correcting them. Some were fixed, some were not.  My computer did not run any faster nor perform any better after he worked on it.  But he was very pleasant and professional to speak with.  As nice as he was, based on my experience, it was not worth the price.

"It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop!
