"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional.
