We were in the process of moving and we were looking for some technical to support on reinstalling our TV and to provide to consulting advice on setting some “ring” type cameras. Tom came to our home and showed us the various options on TV installation as well as pros and cons of different types of video security setups. We ultimately decided to buy a new “smart” TV as well as a standalone video monitoring system. Tom advised us on brands of equipment he had good success with while being conscious of our budget. Tom and his team installed everything for us flawlessly! His knowledge and attention to detail was awesome. He treated our home as if it was his own, and was respectful of our time and the need for safety during these trying Covid times. "Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. "It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! I was thrilled. I don't recall that I have used them since Geekatoo and Hello Tech became one. but I will be using them soon. I have a desktop computer that needs review."
