"I couldn't be more impressed with the work Chuck Eckenrode from ESDG LLC did at my new place! He came in and expertly installed a dual antenna system in my attic, and the results have been absolute magic. I’m now pulling in an incredible 240 channels completely for free—ranging from local staples like KDKA (2-1), WTAE (4-1), and WPXI (11-1) to the massive 12-channel multicast spread on WQED, where 13-1 is PBS and the sub-channels continue all the way through 13-12. The best part is how it all integrates with my Tablo. Not only does it beam live TV to every television, iPad, and iPhone in the house, but I even discovered I can run the Tablo feed on my Mac using VLC to get TV right on my laptop! Whether I’m working or relaxing, I have a perfect high-definition picture from hundreds of stations without a single monthly subscription fee. If you want a seamless, whole-home cord-cutting setup, Chuck is the professional to call."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Fantastic - work was done remotely in about an hour, and my computer is better than new!"

"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.

"My computer had been running pretty slow and making a lot of noise for several weeks.  I ran a few anti-virus and registry programs, did disk cleanups and defrags - you name it.  Anthony found way too many programs that were starting up and/or running in the background unnecessarily.  He disable them and removed malware.  He calls at the appointed time and walks the client through giving him remote access to your computer through a program call TeamViewer.  You are then free to hang up and go about your business and Anthony will call you back when everything is complete.  At that time, he will explain what he did and you can ask questions.
The computer is much quieter and runs so much faster now.  I had suspected that I might need more RAM, but I decided to have the tune-up first to be sure.  The tune-up saved me so much money, since I didn't need more memory (RAM can be costly).
