"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Hired Kamcrest to help install a home network and set up audio/visual systems. Consulted with Amit (owner) who came over personally to go over the project and make recommendations. Amit and his team installed network complete with Cat wiring, switches and an Eero mesh system. Our wifi and home network are working flawlessly with great signal coverage in our 2000sq ft apartment. His team also hung our two OLED TVâ s with Apple 4k, and concealed all the speaker wiring. I was skeptical of his recommendation for the Apple 4k, but the picture quality and the way it integrates with all of our other Apple devices is truly great. However, the reason why iâ m writing this review is to discuss the customer service experience. About 2 weeks after the installation, some of the wiring for the speakers became unsecured and damaged the paint on the wall. Amit and his crew came over, resecured the wiring, repaired and repainted everything to perfection. Great customer service is hard to find these days - but these guys went above and beyond. Iâ m so happy i had Kamcrest help with our networking and AV setup. They are knowledgable and professional and i recommend them highly. Victor M."

"I hired them first for my home computer and MSI did a great job. So much so that I hired them again for my mother's computer. Again, a great job and I recommend them to anyone."

"Got my computer running again"

"Aaron was a life saver. I found his company in a pinch and Aaron was very professional on the phone when setting up the service call. He arrived onsite promptly that day and was able to diagnose the issue and have my audio system back up and running without issues within an hour. I had two other service calls prior to Aaron and no other company could seem to fix the issues. I would recommend him and On Time Communications to anyone. Thank you so much and I am certain I will be using this company in the future for any and all my A/V needs. Kudos to Aaron"
