"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Got my computer running again"

"I have used Always a Solution for numerous jobs. Most importantly, they were able to get me reliable high-speed internet and phone that is super fast when previously I was dealing with Frontier (40 plus service calls over two years.) Alex has found me the best computer for my digital scrapbooking and done all the transferring of programs. He set up carbonite and their office has even called when they have seen that there is a problem with the carbonite not being backed up. They can fix some things remotely, which is awesome. They helped me get the best computer and printer for my sons college needs at a great price. They even helped with setting up a better wifi system in my house and fixing wiring issues. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend them. The only downside is that I found their office a little tricky to find, but they are happy to come to you too."

"Jacob did a great job installing and setting up a network for me. Very professional and left the work site looking better than when he got there. I would highly recommend him for any network installation amd set up project."

"Fantastic - work was done remotely in about an hour, and my computer is better than new!"

"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.

"My computer had been running pretty slow and making a lot of noise for several weeks.  I ran a few anti-virus and registry programs, did disk cleanups and defrags - you name it.  Anthony found way too many programs that were starting up and/or running in the background unnecessarily.  He disable them and removed malware.  He calls at the appointed time and walks the client through giving him remote access to your computer through a program call TeamViewer.  You are then free to hang up and go about your business and Anthony will call you back when everything is complete.  At that time, he will explain what he did and you can ask questions.
The computer is much quieter and runs so much faster now.  I had suspected that I might need more RAM, but I decided to have the tune-up first to be sure.  The tune-up saved me so much money, since I didn't need more memory (RAM can be costly).
