He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. I just spent part of the evening with Mike and he was able to solve the problems that I had. I cannot thank you enough, Angie, for having Mike on your list. Where I live in central Minnesota, it has become nearly impossible for me to find someone who has the knowledge, experience and ability to help me with any computer problem that I may have now or later. "Tune-up moderately increased speed of computer.  After a week or two it seemed to get a lot slower.  I realized the package I paid for was for a relatively short time period of services, but it would have been nice for the technician to let me know what they weren't able to do and give a recommendation on additional services.  Or at least warn me that I'd continue to experience some slowness.  I eventually used another vendor (for whom I wrote a good review).  They were much, much better and greatly improved the performance of my laptop."
