"Very patient with and old computer"

"Eric did a great job mounting my TV and soundbar. Highly recommend him!"

"Mitch spent 1.5 hours to update 2 computers. He left one updating and then checked it later, remotely. For a COMPUTER guy he used simple language to explain what he was performing. He was on time for his appointment and called me the day before to assure me that he was coming. I recommend him highly. I have technical support in the community where I live. However, they are very young and inexperienced. For me, it is worth it to have an experienced computer guy on retainer."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"It was a very positive experience. They were able to get the audio system working. They were able to installed the TV in a very difficult place."

"Quick response and great service at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend"

"Got my computer running again"

"I'm pleased to report that I had a wonderful experience using JRW TechWorks to solve my computer problems. They promptly responded to my online query for computer help. And amazingly made time to handle my computer problem the same day. Although for these experts the problem may have been minor - but for me- an impaired computer practically shuts down everything. In any case, Jamie was a pleasure to work with; streamlined the prognosis & approach they'd take solve my problem (malware-among other things) and left me with complete confidence that my little crisis would receive their immediate attention. In my case with no fuss- no muss they had me up and running in a matter of hours. Prompt, speedy service. Very reasonable rate. I can't say enough. Thanks JRW TechWorks ! ."

"John and his crew responded immediately to our office crisis. And within a few. hours my law office computers were working .These folks are expert at what they do. And Computer Solutions is now our IT firm. Attorney."

"Alex is a wonderful professional. He is very good at what he does. After losing all my channels due to the FCC giving cable companies permission to scramble digital tv due to those who had access because of internet connections. Alex got my TVs up and running again. Not only did I get back all the basic channels now I have 20 more channels which is 70 + channels compared to 20 to 30. If people need a professional installer Please call Alex because he will do all he can to position the antenna and will make sure you are receiving channels."
