"They promised to cleanup the nails/debris etc. from gutter after they finished the job --said they will send the workers next day. So, I paid them in full. But, they never came. I called several times they did not pick up the phone. I left the message but they never returned my call. If you hire them, dont pay until everything is done including cleanup. Once they got paid, they did not keep their promise. Lesson learned is: Dont trust their words. P.S.: A few days after my review was published, their workers came to complete the work. Thanks to Home Advisor --it is very effective. Now, I am satisfied with their work, and will hire them again, if needed."

"So happy with our new siding from Advantage Home Exteriors, LLC. We still have more we want to get done but this is a great start. They did a great job and everyone was so nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend them to anyone. AND they do lots of other things besides vinyl siding as well."

"Cole fabricated and built a custom hitch for the back of my dump truck. He did a great job and his pricing is very fair for the high quality of work he provides. He worked around my schedule and got everything done in a timely manner."

Retractable awnings are not designed to be used in the rain. They are intended to provide shade on dry, sunny days, rather than protecting people and furnishings from precipitation, and certainly not against heavy storms. The retractable awning may be fine with a light drizzle, but you should retract it if you expect inclement weather or severe storms.
Depending on your local climate conditions, some retractable awnings can be used year-round, including during both winter and summer. However, you should carefully check the instructions for your specific product and find out what steps you should take to winterize the awning fabric. Sometimes, you can purchase a special cover to place over the material during winter.
Retractable awnings offer significant benefits by instantly enhancing outdoor comfort and protecting your furniture and living spaces from harmful UV exposure and inclement weather. They provide efficient shade that lowers cooling expenses and add a modern, stylish touch to your home’s exterior. Their installation extends the usable area of patios and decks while reducing maintenance needs by safeguarding surfaces against sun damage and rain.
