"I hired Barker Cleaning in August of 2020 due to word of mouth from trusted friends and I don't regret it at all. I had a very large driveway and back patio that had not been cleaned in several years. I needed it cleaned before I listed the home for sale. Barker Cleaning came out and gave me a free quote, which was not the cheapest quote but not the most expensive one either. It was a fair price and Coty explained exactly what he would do and how I could expect the surfaces to look upon completion. I scheduled the service and he arrived on time and immediately got to work. Like I said, my driveway wasn't small and also has an incline so it took him a bit longer than anticipated. No worries though, Coty explained that a quote was a quote and he would finish the job as agreed at the quoted price. When he was done the difference was night and day! You may have thought I had the driveway replaced! My agent loved the work and made sure to highlight it in the listing pictures. Most of the homes on my street looked like mine before cleaning so my driveway stood out amongst the other houses. We had a few showings where we received feedback specifically mentioning the cleanliness of the home both inside and out. I have no doubt that the curb appeal of our house contributed to us getting offers within 24 hours well over asking price. Barker cleaning did such a good job I had him come and detail my SUV afterwards and was just as happy with the work performed on that job as well. Bottom line! You could throw less money at a guy with a Walmart pressure washer or buy one yourself and try the diy route but I promise you it won't look as good as what you'll get from these guys. I'd hire him again but we moved out of state. If you're thinking of giving Barker Cleaning a try I'll say this, stop thinking and schedule the appointment. You'll be glad you did."
