"Cuevas Lumber replaced a shared fence on our property almost 9 years ago. Since the job was arranged by the neighbor, I wasn't there to look at details. I thought our gate was installed a bit tight, but it worked, so I left it alone. Over they years things were shifting and this year it got to the point that the gate was almost jammed. It took a bit of effort to find the contact info to the contractor who did the job, and two days after I called them Fidel came over and fixed the gate, cheerfully, perfectly, and under a goodwill warranty - 9 years after the fact. How is that for customer care? How the company stands by its services is probably the best measure of its true quality. It is getting rarer by the day to find people who still care. When you do find them, keep them in your contact list. This guys is a keeper."

"I estimated the job duration incorrectly because I did not know what was behind the light fixture.  Kerry is a very patient and wonderful person to work with; he is a gentle soul and very flexible.  He also needs flexibility and understanding because he is very thoughtful and methodical, and had many other jobs going at the same time.  He is very knowledgeable and will make sure that the job is done appropriately.   Each time we ran out of material, he would pick them up or I would pick them up and he never complained about it or anything else.  I met him each day during lunch to see how things were going.  If he needs additional help, he will bring them.  If you are a little knowledgeable about construction and methods that will help because Kerry has many ideas and he will do whatever you want him to do.   We have a few more projects that need attention in June or July and Kerry is the one who will be doing them.  I would highly recommend him.

"Aviv at Goodfellas Construction was extremely helpful from the get go. He took my wife and I shopping to get exactly what we needed for our bathroom. My wife had very specific requirements for the sink and he was able to get all the necessary parts. We've done remodeling in the past and have ran into problems with jobs taking too long and contractors asking for more and more money. We did not run into any of those problems with Goodfellas and we were even able to get a contractor discount which made the remodeling a lot more affordable for us. Aviv was always available to call or text when we had questions and he always responded immediately. We had a great time working with him and his crew and now we have a beautiful brand new bathroom thanks to Goodfellas. "

"So far, it has been pretty good but they haven’t done the work yet.  They have been very responsive.  They have gone through the bidding process very respectfully.  They are supposed to come over next week to finalize the design on the job they are going to do for me.  They quoted me $28000.  It has been a pretty positive experience so far.  I had another contractor bid the job, that was a terrible experience, and these guys were, much, much better.  I liked that they did not put any high-pressure sales on me like some other contractors and the others were twice as much in their pricing.  They gave me a quote, told me it was good for six months and told me I could make a decision whenever I want.  They were pretty kicked back, the guy I dealt with was Graham and I think he is one of the owners.  He was pretty straightforward and didn’t not provide any high-pressure sales.  We have been conversing via email back and forth and sometimes it takes a couple of days to respond to my email so from correspondence point of view, it has been really good.  They are scheduled to start the work on the first week of June.  He showed up on time when he came to do the quote. "
