"I called them to repair our awning after it stopped working about a week ago. At first, they said my motor stopped working due to wind damage and, therefore, the warranty wouldn't be covered. But after sending 3 different teams to my house, they were honest they couldn't 100% determine it was wind damage. Therefore they honored my warranty and replaced the motor for free. I'm very impressed with how they handled this because they are a small company and this was a big cost for them to incur. I will definitely continue to use them in the future as they always do a good job and they are honorable people."

Staff in the office is amazing Very nice speak to you with respect cater to your needs Installation was perfect installers were amazing moved all outside furniture from where the Awning was going to be installed.
