"The results are amazing. The play pad in the back he built for the kids is perfect. The weed mat they put down under the mulch has worked very well. We get a few weeds and baby tree sprouts here and there but they are easy to pick out. The pad is under a giagantic tulip poplar and the tree just spreads seeds everywhere. It is no surprise to find them sprouting in the mulch. They take over my gardens every Spring. The stone pad he put up front is perfect for the job. We have a very limited budget and income and he went through and priced out the best supplies for the job with our budget in mind. There were even stones left over from the project and he left them for us to use later or in other places. He wanted to make sure we got every supply we paid for. This Summer I asked him to do a section of our backyard that is grown up with weeds and ivy. He heard my concept and then as if he was a mind reader made it look exactly as my husband and I had envisioned. The mulched area is bordered with beautiful stones and matches the rest of our backyard decor. Additionally he added a 2 foot border of mulch around our above ground metal pole frame pool. It finished off the look of the yard. Before the pool was just hanging out looking all crooked and sloppy, but now it has a polished look. Just yesterday I contacted him again to come back for an estimate on expanding the mulched area in the back corner because it looks so awesome and my husband and I were immediately inspired to add some other spaces for a geodesic dome we are installing as well as a seating area for guests. He even moved the swingset they'd put on the mulch play pad last Summer because my kids had gotten so big their feet were hitting the fence behind them. Kyle is a professional in all senses. His prices are incredible, turn around time is fast, he and his crew are impeccable. There is not a single scrap in the yard when they leave. I left for the day last week and came home to a beautiful yard!!!"

"The project included a full kitchen remodel plus all-new 1st-floor and basement flooring, painting, tile and trim work, and a new front door. Daryl provided great work and guidance with everything and finished promptly, even with the additional work I asked for during the project. We reached out to Daryl based on the house he built for a friend, and our neighbor's large remodeling project, We are so glad that we did and will reach out to him for all our future home improvement needs."

"Blue Crab Home Solutions were the first ones to reach out to me through Angi and I’m glad they did! Carlos and his crew did phenomenal work with laying the tile backsplash and tile flooring for our kitchen. Carlos is a true master at his craft. We felt it was a little pricey but for the work they did, it was worth it!"

"I’m very pleased with the repointing of the bricks on my front steps. CBJ did a very thorough job and the steps look great! Doug was really easy to work with and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I definitely would recommend CBJ Home Improvement."

"I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."
