We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. The sections that I contracted to be replaced were installed by the Crowe employee in such a way that everything was level and straight. Rather than rush the job, he preformed the fence install in two stages, making sure the concrete was cured in the post holes overnight before securing the fence panels to those posts."
