"We were impressed with Nesbit from our first meeting. Eric was responsive, gave a competitive price, and very informative. His crew is extremely courteous and obviously experienced. They were so meticulous laying the sod around out stepping stones, that the stones look like they were added after the sod! The grading and drain system plans were also carefully thought out and well executed. What was particularly surprising is how tidy the crew was. They were very careful to clean up after each work day (not just at the end). When we expressed concerns about anything or added a couple of items, Eric came out and addressed them in a timely manner. We made a couple of slight changes to our original plan. "We made a picture of the area and sent to the contractor.  We arranged to have the crew come when on site for other work.  The leader of the crew came by and looked at the area and advised when he would be back to do the work.  They delivered the product late one day but did not start because rain was expected that night.  It did rain so it was good that the job did not commence until early the next day.  They came at 7 A.M. and began work.  The job was completed that day.

We laid out the design with paint and the crew followed as we wanted.  Putting the design in place was key to ensuring we got something other than a "plain-Jane" patio."
