The first team installed a drainage system and flooring to our deck to prevent water from draining down on the porch below. The second team repaired the drainage system to the porch, replaced the sand and reinforced the retainer wall. The porch and deck was completed and exceeded our expectations. The work was completely in less than a week. Dave Collins met with us twice before the work began to explain the process and go over the contract and he kept us abreast of the starting date of the job which was delayed due to the weather.
