Hind site being what it is, I recommend doing irrigation system in early spring as its easier to fill in the areas they had to dig (they did this, but hard to see everything that needed it in July). Also, I had delays finding a good plumber who could meet Framingham's irrigation meter requirements - in the end I went with someone they recommended). I broke one of the sprinkler heads adjusting it and they came out and fixed it w/o charging me. Finally, Hunter has a web site that will help you choose proper watering times."

"Luis was very responsive to our initial inquiry. He quickly came out to visit our property, discussed our proposed front steps and walkway project and provided an estimate within three days. He met with us at a local stone supplier to look at options that were available and he offered advice regarding options that we were not aware of. The project was started in a timely manner and completed on time and on budget. We had two sets of stairs rebuilt using bluestone caps and stone facing and had a walkway rebuilt using pavers. They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking!
