Kyle provided a few options as I didn't know exactly what type of stone to go with. The estimate ended up coming in over $1k cheaper than the other companies. The job took a day to do and it was all coordinated over email because of my schedule. I just left the gate unlock. It looks great and is everything I imagined. "I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."
