"The results are amazing. The play pad in the back he built for the kids is perfect. The weed mat they put down under the mulch has worked very well. We get a few weeds and baby tree sprouts here and there but they are easy to pick out. The pad is under a giagantic tulip poplar and the tree just spreads seeds everywhere. It is no surprise to find them sprouting in the mulch. They take over my gardens every Spring. The stone pad he put up front is perfect for the job. We have a very limited budget and income and he went through and priced out the best supplies for the job with our budget in mind. There were even stones left over from the project and he left them for us to use later or in other places. He wanted to make sure we got every supply we paid for. This Summer I asked him to do a section of our backyard that is grown up with weeds and ivy. He heard my concept and then as if he was a mind reader made it look exactly as my husband and I had envisioned. The mulched area is bordered with beautiful stones and matches the rest of our backyard decor. Additionally he added a 2 foot border of mulch around our above ground metal pole frame pool. It finished off the look of the yard. Before the pool was just hanging out looking all crooked and sloppy, but now it has a polished look. Just yesterday I contacted him again to come back for an estimate on expanding the mulched area in the back corner because it looks so awesome and my husband and I were immediately inspired to add some other spaces for a geodesic dome we are installing as well as a seating area for guests. He even moved the swingset they'd put on the mulch play pad last Summer because my kids had gotten so big their feet were hitting the fence behind them. Kyle is a professional in all senses. His prices are incredible, turn around time is fast, he and his crew are impeccable. There is not a single scrap in the yard when they leave. I left for the day last week and came home to a beautiful yard!!!"

During the planning stage, Eric was always easy to reach by phone and text, and he was happy to accommodate all of our design choices. On the project day, his dad Reggie and a small crew installed the pavers to perfection. They were all so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything looked beautiful. They spread grass seed not only on the areas they disturbed, but on many other bare spots around our lawn, without my even asking. And they cleaned up the jobsite completely, leaving no trace of dirt or gravel. The resulting paver pad is absolutely stunning, and made from excellent quality materials. "I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"Decorus did a great job of building a brick wall and grading the yard for additional level surface. This was a safety issue for my grand children who might have rolled down into the river on such a steep grade. The decorative & Functional fence did not obstruct our waterfront views. Both teams cleaned up nicely. They even blew the mowed grass on our sidewalk which was not their responsibility. Thanks to the crew."
