A man of from the crew showed up in person to explain the delay and reschedule. On the day the work began, they arrived early in the morning and worked until dark to finish. One man stayed behind and finished cleaning up with a flashlight. The new brick work looks beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend CW Hardscape or use them again."

"Great! Delays in materials were handled appropriately and he was flexible to handle additional needs on the fly. I will tell you that these guys are more expensive than his competitors we interviewed but in the end, good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good. This was well worth the investment. The retaining wall exceeded expectations and the patio design was exactly like how we imagined it. Elijah did a good job explaining the options to us multiple times onsite before we cut a check. And Victor, his foreman, was great to have onsite daily so we could ask questions, make minor adjustments on the fly and they cleaned up the site well after they were done. Definitely will be using them again for our stairs and other work."

"Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . As my budget allows, I will definitely have the remaining brick wall replaced with the new stone wall. Since I had a positive reaction with Julio and his team, we discussed other projects that I knew needed attention. I inherited a 200+ year old house with my eventual desire to sell in the next year. It is my observation through Julio that I bit the bullet and trusted him and his crew to repair stucco, reinforce the home’s foundation, replace screens on an enclosed deck porch, replace outdoor turf, repoint the mortar on the brick façade of the house and the brick front porch and walkway. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
