"I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"I wanted to install a stone patio but had water and drainage problems. They took care of everything. They installed a dry well and thereâ s a lot of pipes they installed under the new patio and the lawn. The patio is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The even tightened up the staircase to the deck by installing a concrete step hidden under the staircase so it isnâ t noticeable but strengthened and secured the staircase. The first step of the staircase is now a granite step - a nice surprise - which will add years to my staircase. On their way out they added grass seed to the lawn - again an unexpected surprise. Finally I just want to say the team was extraordinary hard working. They showed up when they said they would, and often stayed till 7pm. I would hire them again - they are amazing!"

We agreed on the price and with in a weeks time had his crew come out and to do the work. The workmanship was incredible. They did awesome work, they cleaned up after they were done and the project that they said they would do just looked great. I can highly recommend Legacy for any of your stone work needs. The project consisted of replacing pavers stones that have sunken over the years. They also fixed a decorative front retaining wall that was leaning. I think sometimes repairing stone work or a stone wall can be a harder project than starting completely new. Well their work was awesome. Everything matched, everything came out great. He and his team arrived on time, cleaned up everything, and their work was fantastic!! Our whole neighborhood has come by to comment on how wonderful our new walkway and steps look. "Two brick steps approximately 9 feet long, 12 inches deep needed to be repaired. All the mortar was falling apart and the bricks were falling out. Initial quote was $750. This was to remove bricks from steps, clean mortar, and reappoint bricks and mortar. Mutual decision day of job was to put blue stone steps instead which added $440 (four 5 foot blue stone treads--apparently $22 per linear foot, plus $30 "transport" fee) in materials to job- (which i thought was rather high after seeing that blue stone sold by the linear foot is roughly $15). My rational was 4 pieces of blue stone would take less labor and less time? Then I thought ok, original $750 quote plus material ($470) was $1,220. Wrong, job (for two steps mind you) was ultimately $1,600. Which, I think is a lot of money for 2 steps. Steps look very nice, however, i felt overpriced"

"They an excellent job under difficult weather condition. They took down the box surrounding the chimney, took the chimney down to the roof line, replaced the flues and re-bricked the chimney."

"We hired Michael and his team to replace our front walk and back patio. For the front walkway, they removed all of the old bricks and stacked them neatly out of the way in the woods, and then leveled everything and installed new pavers. They also used mortar to set the edging in place. They had to remove the old sand and brought in aggregate and stone dust as a base. In the back, they re-used the old bricks but had to remove everything, level it out, and then re-install. New aggregate and stone dust here too. Completed everything in three days and worked very long hours (7am to 7 pm). We made a few small adjustments along the way and the guys were very accomodating. Would definitely hire this crew again."

Another person had been sloppy while reinforcing some loose stones. Todd removed what he did, making the walls look spectacular - just like the original stone walls. He also fixed a stone walkway that was a mess. Many people do not want to bother getting into a mess created by someone else, but Todd accepted the challenge and did a great job. I would recommend him without hesitation."
