He matched the color of the new bricks to the existing brick so I can hardly see the repairs. He also put decorative finishing touches to the top of the chimney. Looks much better. William is responsive, on time, and fair with pricing. John, co-worker, was professional and courteous. Iâ m extremely happy with William Byler masonry."

"The work was fine and I really like what they did. The trouble is, he does not answer or return phone calls and if he does, he'll promise anything but doesn't follow through. My suggestion is use them, they're good. But hold some money back and make sure they do what was promised before you pay in full. They promised a year guarantee on the plants and he has not replaced any that died. I'm tired pf this fight and figure I'll just eat the $100+ I lost in plants. Lesson learned."
