"I never met these guys before that day, but, THEY’RE HONEST!! They advised me on what I ACTUALLY needed to bring my fireplace back into a state of safe working status. They also informed me that repairs that the Chimney Doctor advised were NOT required (troubling to say the least!). This bad advice was simply, a proposed sale of unnecessary equipment based, upon the opinion of a Home Inspection which did NOT include a Certified Inspection of the fireplace! To the contrary, All Swept Up Chimney Services saved me hundreds of $, and flat out stated that “We want your business, but not if it means selling you something that you don’t need. “ All Swept Up Chimney Servicemen provided a Level II Inspection and replaced the back panel of the refractory brick that had eroded away (something that the Chimney Doctor never noted - but of which I already had full knowledge). I feel bad because they did it at no additional cost but thought it was awesome they finished quickly—within the day—and performed beautiful work. We had selected and ordered the initial accent tiles for the job, but he consulted about best options for colors and sizes, gave us the name of a great tile store, and kept in touch which helped us—honestly, that was the best part. Both of us are working from home (which means we are both kind of constantly and unintentionally in some way partially working, ha!), so the follow up was genuinely stand out—in the home improvement industry, it is easy to find someone who does excellent work but misses an appointment. Clearly, that is not this business. They were prompt, follow-up AND actual tiling was indeed Top Notch. Included our fireplace—maybe not everyone’s style, but exactly what we wanted and frankly, better than what we imagined. 10/10, would undoubtedly hire again. "Jason McCord, Nagas business owner, had his crew here on time on agreed morning and prepped the areas for replacement trees while he was at the nursery picking up the new trees. By the time he arrived, the men had everything ready for the trees to be planted. In no time it seemed the four trees were in the ground and the rest of the planting of other smaller plants could be done. We had a couple of 30 foot birch trees we wanted removed and after lunch that began. No problem with those and once they were down, all of the trunk and branches were loaded and gone. When the cleanup was done we now have a beautiful landscape once again.Our gratitude to a job well done
