Even when the stone supplier delivered the wrong materials the day before, Eric rectified the situation as quickly as possible—and the very talented crew (Carlos, Jose, and Eric’s dad Reggie) worked extra long the second day to finish on time. The finished wall perfectly complements the shape of our property, and we can’t wait to start planting in it. And on top of their impeccable work, the whole team is so friendly and considerate—Jose even took the extra step of using a blower on all the cars down the street to make sure they were clean from any stone dust. So of course it snowed and the next day so they came the next day and put in all the posts and the next day they finished 3 gates and the fence. "Did excavation of making the driveway 12 feet wider and then installing a retaining wall around the perimeter of the driveway. Wall is 61 feet in length total. Garrett was excellent working with and helping with extra quotes and getting the job done. The entire crew did a great job and finished early. I have nothing but good things to say about Balco. I will use them in the future for any projects or landscaping."
