Hi have been working for General Contractors and Homeowners for the last 30 years! Mostly re-models and new construction! I would normally do pre-paint and final construction clean ups! \nI like to do the fine detailed work that a lot of people skip over for all those final finishing touches!\nI paint, do caulking, give cabinets a new look, do door jams and walls! Also floors and appliances!\n As I am getting older what I’m really looking for are the vacation rentals.\nI am a people pleaser and love to see people happy with my work which they always are!\nI take my work very seriously and am good at trouble shooting and solving simple problems on site! "Workers were efficient, clean, and pleasant. They described their work and then did it. The following work was performed: 1.Remove registers , clean and sanitize. 2.Clean out duct with Rotobrush to remove loose dust, fluff, particles, etc. 3.Wipe down the inside walls of the vent area with warm water and disinfectant mix."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Gary, the owner, sent his crew who arrived at the designated time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Prior to the cleaning I had a lot of questions and Gary was always responsive and kind, never frustrated with me, which could have easily happened, because not only did I ask him many questions, but, I also changed the date for the service two or three times as we had the So Cal May Gray which we hadn't seen in a number of years. The heat we had in the winter had disappeared and I needed for the carpet to be dry by the end of the day. The carpet and upholstery came out very well considering that both the sectional and the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while. The nap of the carpet came back and looks great. The area on the arms of the sectional where it was dirty from normal use they got it clean and the sectional looks great too. I will have Gary come and clean for us at least once a year if not every six months.
The cleaning took about 2 hours. We had him clean the living room, dining room, hallway and two bedroom plus the huge sectional. Everything was pretty much dry by 6pm. CCR did a great job

"Angel and his Female cleaning partner did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!!
I had to look for a carpet cleaning service because well lets face it? I have 3 cats, and one of them got sick and had a couple of accidents on the carpet, the stairs and in the room I had designated as their cat room.
Well,I contacted Accs on May 18th and they were able to come do the work two days later. Wow that was so impressive. They asked me when I wanted the work done and was able to do it not only on the day I wanted but also the time frame. 
They were both caring and trustworthy.
They cleaned 5 rooms? 4 rooms and the stairs plus a large sectional sofa. I did have to pay a little extra for some special stuff to be but on cat urine & poop stains that were in the carpet and deodorizing stuff but it was only and extra $65 and was totally worth it.
 All the stains and odor's came out. The total bill came out to be $370? not bad for all of that work!
 I was so impressed with their punctuality, professionalism & above all hard work. They did a Great job on everything, and as I said they even got out All the pet stains and the odor's are gone. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU? SO Very much. I will be calling on them again if I ever need more Carpet or Upholstery cleaned.
