"BEST CARPET CLEANER WE'VE EVER WORKED WITH. We first met Tony and 1st Resort Carpet Cleaning after a construction worker broke a in pipe and flooded our basement. Tony and his crew were there within minutes of getting the call. They did outstanding remediation work. After that, we had him clean our carpets and upholstery regularly. We sold our house and moved to an apartment. When Tony said they wouldn't be able to clean our 3rd floor apartment, I asked if he could recommend a stain remover. Not only did he make a recommendation, he took time out of his busy day to drive some over. I give Tony and 1st Resort my highest recommendation. Spread the word!"

It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is. 

The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."

"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."

"Overall it went extremely well. My biggest disappointment was that our time changed for the day of our service and we weren't notified because for some reason "the automatic emails didn't go out for some reason on Saturday". We were very disappointed this happened as my roommate took time off work to be home for this. We did contact the company and they made amends by offering a discount on the cleaning, which we greatly appreciated. They were extremely quick but very thorough and the house looked wonderful after they finished cleaning. I do wish they had taken off their shoes on the carpet, or at least wore booties, as we had the carpets cleaned a few days before the date of service. I would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again should I ever be in need."
