Chris, the owner came in below his estimate and is a very professional, personable young man. He went out of his way for us and definitely did more than necessary to make us happy. Very efficient and quick. We are pleased - will use again.Next will be the external vinyl on our home.They also cleaned the ceramic tile on the sun roof, it was a very large room and they had to re move all furniture, clean the floor and put it back, which they did. Very pleased all around."

We needed someone within a couple of hours - all of her crews were out....but, she volunteered tom come out with her husband and clean. "When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

He was a professional, thorough and responsive to my needs. He went above and beyond the call of duty. His was the first outfit to contact me. I was in a hurry to let this job because my property was going up for sale on Friday, September 24th, 2021. I indicated my need when his wife called on September 22, 2021. As soon as I sent her pictures, she came back with the price that was very reasonable. I immediately agreed and Amar showed up on time. Every step of the way, if he needed to, he asked me. We purchased the Big Deal and this company called within an hour to make sure that he was going to clean the carpets, but if there was anything we needed done else-wise, he was up front with us that he needed money for those services right away. I wished he would have been more customer friendly about that. I feel like he does not have an art with speaking with customers. He cleaned the carpets in 2 living rooms, an office and a dining room. He did a basic carpet cleaning. It took him about an hour. I paid an extra $50, for getting a pet stain preventive, which afterward I wished I would have not done that."
