"Very professional, friendly folks. Carpet looks new and they sent a discount for any follow-up carpet cleaning to be done in the next six months."

"Absolutely amazing people to deal with. Hired them for cleaning my mom’s ceilings and walls and it turned out to be a deep cleaning, which was REALLY needed! No additional charges. The ladies were fast, thorough, professional and friendly and so was the owner. I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful experience!"

"Great job! Had carpet removal done in a bedroom hallway and stairs. Very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"This is the best flooring company for your home, they are very good, they take good care of your floors and leave everything very clean! I definitely recommend them"

"They do very good work. They know what there are doing and did a good job. The only problem is that they are very expensive. They were upfront with the cost and there were no surprises. They provided their own cleaning supplies for the job. The first time, they sent a crew of four people and cleaned my entire home. On the second visit, I had them send a smaller crew because it was a less expense. I wouldn’t hire the company again because of their costs."

"The company was very responsive to my request for a re-clean after pet stains resurfaced following the initial cleaning. The technician that came back was very helpful and made a solid effort to treat the small area that needed additional attention. My only complaint is that the price of pet stain treatment was not disclosed prior to handing me the bill. Treatment was $50/room. This added $100 to my bill, which was only $150 without the pet stain treatment. I felt that since this is so much significantly higher than the cleaning cost itself for shampooing the carpets, it should have been discussed prior to billing."

"Quick process and affordable prices; would have preferred more spot cleaning for well travelled areas"
