"Very well in all respects. Easy to contact and set up appointments for two recent visits. Crew arrived promptly both times. First job was for cleaning carpets (3 rooms, plus stairs). Second was to clean upholstery (sofa and 2 chairs). Crew worked carefully and efficiently, explaining and/or answering questions when asked. What an immediate difference in appearance! Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed. "Norah's Cleaning performed a deep clean on my townhouse and did an
excellent job. The weather was terrible that day, and my service was
scheduled for the afternoon, so it didn't surprised me that the crew
arrived a bit late. What did surprise me was that Norah called  to give
me a precise updated appointment time before the original 90 minute
arrival window even started.
The three man crew showed up as promised just half an hour later than
initially planned. I've dealt with several other cleaning companies
which considered it perfectly acceptable to arrive hours late (or not at
all) with no explanation. Everyone at Norah's was polite, professional,
thorough and efficient. I was more than satisfied with the process and
