"Excellent customer service. Explain the whole process of stretching the carpet and cleaning it"

"Seth was prompt and very thorough. He assessed the space, gave me a fair price and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend calling him for carpet cleaning and many other jobs such as upholstery, tile and grout and mattress cleanings!"

"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"I own a 768 sq. ft. condo. Delmaris showed up on time and got the carpets noticeably (much) cleaner. Good price!"

"He showed up on time. He was professional and courteous. After cleaning the gutters he started on the house. He was meticulous in his work. We will hire him again. Apologize for the late review. Thought it was completed long ago."

"Kiara did an amazing job deep cleaning our home. She even organized my daughterâ s very messy play areas. Iâ m planning to have Kiara come regularly so our house can look this great all the time."

"We were to Flood Crew from our property management company, and found their reviews on Angie’s List. The crew arrived on time, did a great job, and our carpet’s look like new."
