"Rich was very thorough in his description of what he intended to do to provide excellent service. He took pride in the work and even offered to clean additional areas of our carpeting even though it was not part of the contract. The job, which included both cleaning the carpeting and upholstery, was very well done."

"Excellent customer service. Explain the whole process of stretching the carpet and cleaning it"

"Midland Carpet Cleaning was WONDERFUL!! My recliner(especially) and carpet have not looked this good in years. Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"

"Dave did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. He was prompt and very professional. Highly recommend!!!"

"This went great. I was given a great price and a slight discount to have a very large sectional sofa cleaned and a rug. The worker showed up on time, cleaned the entire sofa, back and cushions. Some stains couldn't be removed, but overall we were very pleased with the work. Would hire again in the future."

"The carpet was very clean and smelled great. A couple stains would have been extra to have removed. A bit expensive but would hire again."

"It was quick and easy to get them to give me a quote and to come in clean my carpet. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable"

"Very professional. Prices are great. My carpets were heavily soiled due to this being a rental property. Afterwards, my carpets looked very clean."
