"This contractor did an amazing job with our home in Santa Fe. The precision painting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large hallway is exceptional work. The fireplace was painted beautifully as well. All of the work Luois has done in our home is exceptional. Also, the housekeeping services are phenomenal. Our place looks like a new home. "Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"They were on time , courteous and cleaned up. I requested three different stone surfaces to be cleaned. two of the three surfaces were cleaned. For the third surface they indicated a different chemical was required and they had to obtain it. I was to hear from them within two days to schedule a time for them to return. I am still waiting afte one week for the call back. Poor customer service."

"She did a good job, however was considerably more expensive than my normal clean who does a much more thorough job. The trash was left in each trash can, I don’t believe all the wood floors were polished, and there was still dog hair in the rugs after vacuuming. I am spoiled with an regular cleaner that is very detail oriented so I do take that into consideration. It also didn’t help that cleaner was a hour late. I would rate her a 6."
