"cCThe end result was a surprisingly clean carpet.  The two gentlemen who came out were good at communication (called ahead to say they were running early and asked it that worked for my schedule).  They explained that I could opt. to upgrade my services to a deeper cleaning process with better solvents, and what to expect with the high-end service.  I didn't feel pressured to upgrade and chose not to for old carpets (and was still happy with the end product).  The pre-service communication with Tammy was very good and I received an email reminder the day before the appointment.
