"It went very well it was excellent, they took their time and they were detail oriented. They made sure me and my wife checked their work before they left and if we noticed anything we could call them and they would come back out. Their prices were very reasonable! I would highly recommend them to others."

"That turned out okay. We purchased the Big Deal and this company called within an hour to make sure that he was going to clean the carpets, but if there was anything we needed done else-wise, he was up front with us that he needed money for those services right away. I wished he would have been more customer friendly about that. I feel like he does not have an art with speaking with customers. He cleaned the carpets in 2 living rooms, an office and a dining room. He did a basic carpet cleaning. It took him about an hour. I paid an extra $50, for getting a pet stain preventive, which afterward I wished I would have not done that."
