"When I called Masters Carpet Care I got an appointment right away along with an explanation of what they would do. They were friendly, professional, and respectful. They cleaned my stairs and floor carpeting which was pet stained. The amount of dirt they removed was shocking. The price was absolutely reasonable and I definitely plan on using them again. "When we made the appointment we were given an approximate price for cleaning.  Mike arrived on time, reviewed what had to be cleaned, saw that they had been vacuumed and told us exactly how much he would charge. The cost was in the range previously quoted.  One room was very stained, but he did an outstanding job in cleaning it.  These rugs had previously been cleaned by a nationwide carpet cleaner and they didn't come out half as good as they look now. Mike was very particular in cleaning the tougher stain areas.  
Can't say enough about how pleased and surprised we were that would look as good as they do.  We will have them cleaned again by South County Carpet and Upholstery.

"Our first use of Empire was nice. They were timely, clean, and did a very nice job with our master bedroom, hall and office conversion from wall-to-wall to hard wood. Two years later we opted to use them again to remove the carpet from the remaining bedrooms from carpet to hardwood. The installers were great BUT the sales guy needs to retire. He stated that 4 bedrooms could be done in a day. With an ample size crew - ok. BUT 3 guys showed up and one left after getting the first two settled. Then later the another left leaving one guy. We were dumbfounded. They arrived at 9 a.m. and left at 11:35 p.m. We fed them lunch, we fed them rib eyes steaks for dinner. They plowed through. The sales guy called asking how it was going around 4 p.m. and I wanted to strangle him. NEVER AGAIN. Empire called to followup and when I tried to call back I got nothing so in essence they got paid and they don't care. Lesson learned - old sales guy lie."
