"Mike from South County Carpet & Upholstery is not only very knowledgeable but refreshingly honest. We asked him to clean several rooms of carpet and some upholstered white furniture. While he could have easily done the furniture , he told us he felt he could not get it cleaned to his standards and suggested other methods rather than do a job he, himself would not be pleased with. His pricing was reasonable. He was professional and courteous and very respectful of our home. Great experience! We are having him come back and clean our A/C duct work."

I considered it a long shot but I received the jacket back today.  All the stains are gone and the jacket was reconditioned.  They did a FANTASTIC JOB! at a reasonable $85.00.  I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and level of customer service. "When we made the appointment we were given an approximate price for cleaning.  Mike arrived on time, reviewed what had to be cleaned, saw that they had been vacuumed and told us exactly how much he would charge. The cost was in the range previously quoted.  One room was very stained, but he did an outstanding job in cleaning it.  These rugs had previously been cleaned by a nationwide carpet cleaner and they didn't come out half as good as they look now. Mike was very particular in cleaning the tougher stain areas.  
Can't say enough about how pleased and surprised we were that would look as good as they do.  We will have them cleaned again by South County Carpet and Upholstery.
