"Mel gave a 2hr window for arrival, showed up w/in the window. Cleaned our sectional & living room carpet as well as a spot of hair oil my daughter spilled in her room. He was able to completely remove the oil spot however due to the wear on the carpet & a couple of spots on the sectional he wasn't able to remove all however not for lack of trying. All else came out great. I did take until the next day to throughly dry but we are now enjoying our clean living room."

He was not just professional and timely, he was great at making suggestions and taking notice to things we did not see for ourselves. Our estimates arrived in my email within 24 hours. "It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

"We are not very handy in my house.  We tend to make it MORE broken if we try to fix it ourselves...!!!  I'm sure we're not alone in that!  So, when I saw a Special Offer on Angie's List for a Day's worth of a Handyman at a reasonable price, I jumped at the chance.
From the very first phone-call to schedule the day/time to the end of the day of work, I have only positive feedback.  Sally in the office is polite and responsive, Andre who came to the house to do the work worked quietly, cleanly and remained on task through-out the 6 hours.  He was professional and respectful at all times and was very clear about what we needed to purchase from the hardware store for him to accomplish the tasks.
