We purchased the Big Deal and this company called within an hour to make sure that he was going to clean the carpets, but if there was anything we needed done else-wise, he was up front with us that he needed money for those services right away. He did a basic carpet cleaning. It took him about an hour. I paid an extra $50, for getting a pet stain preventive, which afterward I wished I would have not done that."
