When he arrived he surveyed the rooms and got to work pretreating and then got to the actual cleaning of my now formally soiled carpets. They said for that price we could get a surface shampooing. They took the rug, brought it back a week later and it doesnt look that much cleaner. From other reviews I read I thought I would be wow'd. Maybe if we paid more they would have done a better job?
