Nicole provided me with the estimate one day and completed the job the next. I requested a very thorough cleaning including; cleaning two full bathrooms, vacuuming 2 bedrooms, hallway, living room and a bonus room. Shampoo carpets in bonus room and hallway. "They showed up ready to go. We wanted the condo cleaned due to cigarette smoke. I have since discovered although the refrigerator was cleaned inside, the outside was not touched. The underside of faucets were not touched. Refrigerator wasn't moved and cleaned under. Blinds weren't all cleaned. It looked clean, smelled better, however I have since noticed and cleaned small things myself. Major stuff was done fine though. Walls washed, ceiling fans and lights cleaned, 2 overhead lights were missed. For the price I paid, I did expect a little better."
