He was quick, efficient, professional. We will definitely use them again. Betty in the office worked very well with us coordinating other jobs we had going on at the time. Chris, the owner came in below his estimate and is a very professional, personable young man. He went out of his way for us and definitely did more than necessary to make us happy. Very efficient and quick. We are pleased - will use again.Next will be the external vinyl on our home.They also cleaned the ceramic tile on the sun roof, it was a very large room and they had to re move all furniture, clean the floor and put it back, which they did. Very pleased all around."

We needed someone within a couple of hours - all of her crews were out....but, she volunteered tom come out with her husband and clean. "I have an area that gets a lot of wear at the bottom of my steps and the first 2 or 3 steps and it didn't come as clean as I hoped it would. There was another stain in my living room that he couldn't get out as well because he wasn't sure what had caused it. I'm not sure if this was due to the quality of the cleaning or if it was an issue with the carpets but my carpets are only about 5 years old. I wasn't as pleased with their work as I hoped."
