"In May 2017 I had all my furniture upholstery & area rugs professionally cleaned by a local company. Recently my grandson fell asleep on my recliner sofa & soaked 1 1/2 cushions with urine. I used my own cleaner immediately & called my local company but they were unavailable. I went on the internet & Home Advisor came up. They had Ryan of All Green Cleaning call me within minutes of my conversation with them. Ryan set me up with an appointment the very next day after I explained my sofa situation. I know I was stressed about my sofa, but I did not appreciate him telling me on more than one occasion that I was being paranoid about smelling urine. He stood about 2 feet above the cushions & stated he did not smell anything. I have been a homeowner, raised children and pets for over 45 years and I am quite familiar with urine smell. Be that as it may, Ryan cleaned my sofa. He assured me and was very confident in his cleaning products and his work that the enzymes would break down causing the urine odor to be removed and that it would not return.
