"Eddie patched two areas in the ceiling. You cannot tell. He identified additional areas that needed to be repaired (and stayed with the original estimate), carefully inserted the patches, applied multiple layers of joint compound and a layer of tape, patiently allowing the joint compound to dry between each layer, sanded and applied prime paint over the area. He was neat and cleaned up during and after the project was finished. He was honest in his appraisal and sincere in his desire that I be satisfied with the job. Highly recommend him."

"We purchased our home with a master bedroom that was down to the studs. The room had never been worked on since the previous owners tore it apart two decades ago. We had hired a contractor based on a recommendation by a realtor, and quickly realized that the work was never going to be completed. It was excuse after excuse! We decided to get a new puppy in the middle of the construction, and the guys fell in love with her, too! They were extremely patient with our "training" of little Sammie! "I am very pleased with the renovation results that Cardona services gave me. My 1972 Manufactured home needed an update and reinsulation. My house was drab and chilly in the winter. Ricardo had good ideas and satisfied any concerns I had and it showed. It was recommended to insulate the ceiling first to prevent heat from escaping as it rises. Ricardo recommended R5 insulation board to be covered by a smooth covering. I was concerned it would bring my 7ft ceiling down and feel claustrophobic. But, gaining heat efficiency was the priority so, I agreed to Ricardo's plan. To my surprise, when Ricardo was done, my ceiling seems even higher! The rooms feel more spacious. I love it. The new hallway doors with black knobs are stunning, along with the new black bathroom faucet. My Manufactured home feels like a regular home . We love our new surroundings.
